Tiens India Marketing Incentive Plan 2010

Tiens International Convention will be held on August in Tianjin, China. For promoting the development of our Indian market, the company has made the Incentive plan as below:

I. Special Awards:

• Luxury Villa Fund 1
• Private Plane Fund 1
• Luxury Yacht Fund 2
• Luxury Car 9

II. Evaluation Period:

24th, December 2009 to 23th, June 2010

III. Evaluation Criteria:

Qualification for Luxury Villa fund

• During the sales evaluation period, distributors who must be One Diamond Lion Distributor or above, and maintain the sufficient PPV and GPV monthly according to their status.
• The distributors who are qualified for the above conditions will be ranked according to the method of calculation points.

Qualification for Private Plane fund

• During the sales evaluation period, distributors who must be Silver Lion Distributor or above, and maintain the sufficient PPV and GPV monthly according to their status.
• The distributors who are qualified for the above conditions will be ranked according to the method of calculation points.

Qualification for Luxury Yacht fund

• During the sales evaluation period, distributors who must be Bronze Lion Distributor or above, and maintain the sufficient PPV and GPV monthly according to their status.
• The distributors who are qualified for the above conditions will be ranked according to the method of calculation points.

Qualification for Luxury Car

• During the sales evaluation period,
  1. a) Distributors who must be 8 Star Distributor, achieve new added GPV of 1 5 0,000PV, and maintain the sufficient PPV and GPV monthly according to their status. (OR)
  2. b) Distributors who must be Bronze Lion Distributor or above, and maintain the sufficient PPV and GPV monthly according to their status.
• The distributors who are qualified for the above conditions will be ranked according to the method of calculation points.

IV. The Method of Calculation Points.

• It is eligible to get calculation points only if distributor became an 8 star.
• For the different status distributors are aiming for the same special award, it is to the higher status distributors win.
• For the Same status distributors who are qualified for the above condition, will be assessed by the way as below:
  Points of sales = 8% of the 1st generation sales other than the same status distributor + 2% of the 1st generation sales of the active same status distributor + 1% of the 2nd generation sales of the active same status distributor.

  Note:

• The distributor who achieves 8 star in the promotion period, his GPV at 7 star status will not be considered while assessing his new added GPV.
• Loyalty and integrity will be a factor to be considered while giving the rewards to the qualifying distributors.
• The monthly PPV and monthly GPV conditions will be assessed from 2 4 th, January 2010 to 23th , June 20 10 .
• Tiens Company reserves the final explanation rights of this incentive plan.
